I just added a new page for some beginners tips to digital couponing. If you weren’t aware, most couponing is done digitally now. On this new page, I recommend a few things to get you started. This page is now listed in the menu.
I love updating things here when I’m able to in my free time. But sometimes in life, personal things can overflow out of control and prevent that.
As you may know, I’ve been neglecting this site quite a bit over the past year. At some point, as a cleanup effort, I removed several pages, links, information, and pictures. In the process of that, I lost all ambition to continue. I felt like none of it mattered anyway, so it didn’t matter when I got back to it. Then I lost track of time. If that affected you in any way, I do apologize. That was 100% my own fault, and I know it’s been a while.
This is what I actually imagine for this site:
First and foremost, and the reason it exists, is to help support local music artists. It has grown quite a bit since then, and now includes local music all across the globe. Along with local artists, entertainment companies, record labels, entertainers, actors, models, authors, comic book artists, band merchandising, shows and events, and so much more. I also have so many friends with local businesses and start ups, kickstarters, etc.
Secondly, I like to help others to save money, make a couple bucks, find deep discounts, couponing tricks. As well as talk about other financial topics.
At this rate, with how things are currently going, I’ll never really catch up how I would like to. I have too many huge ideas and not enough time, know how, or follow through.
I’m going to start over, and go back to basics. I’ll build out from there, according to my time and the feedback I receive. Feel free to contact me via the feedback form.

So, I don’t write as much as I’d like to, because I never really know what to say. Not to mention, I always seem to have something going on in my life. It’s literally crazy on a daily basis, that it’s pretty much normalized at this point. While it consumes me constantly in one way or another, I wouldn’t even know where to start if I were to write about any of it. I honestly have thought about it though.
But I do update this site often. It’s easy for me to pop on here in between the chaos and quickly add something or make a change.
During my recent visits, I’ve noticed a bit more activity on here. I hope that the changes I’ve made have been helpful. I actually have a lot more information to add. I think that with an upcoming update, I would like to add more media too. Please be patient and do continue to check back often. Thanks!
Are you looking for ways to save money? Or maybe you want to earn a few extra bucks. There’s lots of ways to do either of these. But, let’s just start with the basics. For example, saving on an order in general. In person versus online.
Before shopping anywhere, look for deals. Also, see if you can purchase a discounted gift card first. Then log into your account or loyalty app to get any deals possible. Click to activate all coupons, and offers in loyalty apps. Watch to make sure that discounts are applied at checkout. Also, always use a payment card that gives you cash back.
If it’s an in person order, be sure to get your receipt so you can submit it to different apps for more money back.
If you are ordering online, check to see if you can get another discount. You may be able to shop through a cash back app or shopping extension. Also look for coupon codes to use at checkout. Make sure your Amazon and email accounts are connected to your receipt scanning apps so you get all of your points.

I haven’t talked about it for a while, but yes I’m still obsessed with receipts. For those that are not very familiar with this, you can actually get money back from your receipts. All you have to do is take a picture of them, then submit them on an app. Some apps let you connect your email or Amazon accounts, which will then be scanned for e-receipts. It may not seem like a lot of money at first, but it does add up. Especially when you use multiple apps. I have made about $650 so far by doing this. My family no longer makes fun of me for requesting receipts for everything.

I’ve been reading a lot about people having issues with this recently. So here’s my advice, as I literally just went through this.
*** If you have an IEP for your child, make sure the school is adhering to it. If not, call a meeting to address it right away. Make requests even if you think they’ll say no. They have to accommodate your child within reason. Always push for whatever your child needs to have the best learning experience possible. ***
I’ve had an IEP for Scarlet for several years. She is autistic with Tourettes, DMDD, ADHD, anxiety, and more. At her own enthusiastic and long thought out request, I switched her from five years of specialized online school to in person learning this year. However, the first day was entirely too overwhelming for her. As much as she wanted to do it, she only made it a few hours, and didn’t return for a week. In the meantime, I requested partial online, part in person learning with shorter days, plus a few other accommodations. They took the day to review it with the director since they don’t do this for anyone else. They approved all of it!!! As she gets more comfortable, or if it doesn’t work out, we can make further adjustments. She went back to school yesterday and loved it!
Did you know that your Dollar General store might actually have items for only one penny? It’s kind of like a treasure hunt though. It’s not advertised anywhere for the public.
There’s a few rules to this. Number one is that you don’t ever go into the store and ask where the penny items are. It’s an unspoken thing. There’s a few other things to know.
